1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of eloQa. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

2. The marketplace

eloQa is a marketplace. Products are sold by independent sellers, who are responsible for their listings, stock, shipping and returns. Your contract of sale is with the seller.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cash-on-delivery orders are paid to the courier on delivery.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
