Why did my order arrive in several parcels?

Each seller ships their own items, so an order with products from different sellers arrives in separate parcels. Shipping is charged per seller and is free above the threshold shown at checkout.

How do I pay?

You can pay cash on delivery. Card payments will be available soon.

How do I track my order?

Go to My orders to see the status and tracking number of each parcel.

How do returns work?

Returns are handled by the seller according to their policy, shown on each product page under “Shipping & returns”. Contact us if you need help.

How do I become a seller?
