Seller Agreement

1. Listing products

You may only list genuine products you are entitled to sell, with accurate descriptions, prices and stock. New listings may require approval.

2. Fulfilment

You must ship orders promptly, keep order statuses up to date, and honour the return policy on your store page.

3. Commission and payouts

eloQa keeps a commission on the product value of each order, shown in your Seller Center. Earnings become available once an order is delivered and can be withdrawn to the bank account in your store settings.

4. Suspension

We may suspend stores that breach this agreement, receive repeated complaints, or sell prohibited items.
